- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called to make an appointment for a physical. Was told I needed to be a registered patient, and I agreed, telling the woman on the phone that I needed a primary care doctor anyway. I also mentioned to her that my sister is a patient here. I was put on hold for a short period of time and then the woman told me that I could not be accepted as a patient. She gave no explanation and after asking questions and trying to figure it out, I gave up and told her I would try somewhere else. She was not customer service friendly and should not be employed in a position like this if she cannot handle the duties and responsibilities of such. Uncooperative and unkind.
